At She By Sheray Wigs, all sales are final due to hygiene and customization, including wigs, medical wigs, and beauty products.

Wrong Product Received?
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at customerservice@shebysheraywigs.com with photos and order details. We will work promptly to correct the mistake with a replacement or refund.

Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if not yet processed. Email customerservice@shebysheraywigs.com immediately to request cancellation.

Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds cover only the original product price when applicable.
