How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed the same day if placed before 6 PM EST. Orders placed after 6 PM will be processed the next business day. Standard shipping takes up to 3 business days. You’ll receive tracking info once your order ships.
Do you offer international shipping?

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order hasn’t been processed yet, contact us immediately at customerservice@shebysheraywigs.com to request a change.
Do you offer express or rush shipping?
Yes! If you need your order urgently, please contact us before checkout to confirm availability and expedited shipping rates.
Will I receive tracking information?
Absolutely. Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking link so you can monitor its journey.

Are your wigs made from real human hair?
Yes all our wigs and bundles are made from 100% virgin Brazilian human hair, sourced from a single donor and cuticle-aligned for quality, softness, and strength.
Can I color or bleach the hair?
Yes but for best results, we highly recommend selecting our She Reign Collection, which is premium-grade hair designed to be safely bleached up to 613 and colored without compromising the texture or integrity.
Do you offer custom wig services?
Yes! We offer custom highlights and full-color services for an additional $35 per wig or bundle. You can also customize your length, lace type, parting, and more. Reach out directly for details.
Can I use heat tools on your wigs?
Yes. All of our units are heat-friendly. Be sure to apply a professional-grade heat protectant to maintain longevity.
Do your wigs come pre-plucked or ready to wear?
Yes. All She By Sheray wigs are pre-plucked, with bleached knots and transparent lace for a seamless, natural look ready to wear out the box.
What’s the difference between lace closure and lace frontal wigs?
Closures cover a small portion of the scalp (4x4 or 5x5), ideal for middle or side parts. Frontals cover the entire front hairline ear-to-ear, allowing for more parting and styling options.
HAIR CARE & MAINTENANCE
How should I care for my wig?
Use sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner. Always wash in a downward motion and let the unit air dry flat. Avoid wringing or excessive heat.
Can I sleep in my wig?
We recommend using the She By Sheray Silk Hair Bonnet to protect your style and reduce friction while sleeping. For long-term wear, also consider a silk pillowcase.
How often should I wash my wig?
Every 1–2 weeks, depending on product buildup and frequency of wear. Wavy and curly textures should be co-washed more frequently to maintain definition and bounce.
Do I need to apply product to curly hair daily?
Yes. Curly textures require daily moisture to maintain curl integrity. We recommend using a mix of water and leave-in conditioner and/or mousse, applied while the hair is wet for defined, frizz-free curls.
Can I brush curly hair when it’s dry?
No always detangle curly textures while wet, using a wide-tooth comb or paddle brush from the ends upward to avoid breakage and frizz.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
Due to the hygienic nature and custom work involved, all sales are final. Please double-check all details before submitting your order.
What if I received the wrong product?
If there is a shipping error, contact us within 24 hours of delivery at customerservice@shebysheraywigs.com with a photo and details. We’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, as long as they haven’t entered processing. Email us at customerservice@shebysheraywigs.com to make a request.
