  • Custom units are tailored to your specifications (length, lace type, density, texture, etc.). Please review all selections carefully before checkout.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • All sales are final. Due to the hygienic nature and customization of our products, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once your order has entered production.

  • Clients purchasing cranial prosthesis wigs for insurance reimbursement must provide appropriate documentation during or after checkout.
