How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders placed before 6 PM EST are processed the same day. Orders placed after 6 PM are processed the next business day. Standard U.S. shipping takes up to 3 business days. You’ll receive tracking information once your Virgin Brazilian hair order is shipped.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we offer international shipping on all wigs, bundles, and lace closures. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location. For an accurate quote, proceed to checkout or contact us at customerservice@shebysheraywigs.com.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order hasn’t been processed yet, email us immediately at customerservice@shebysheraywigs.com to request a change.
Do you offer express or rush shipping?
Yes! If you need your glueless lace wig or bundle quickly, contact us before placing your order to confirm availability and expedited shipping rates.
Will I receive tracking information?
Absolutely. You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships, so you can monitor your delivery every step of the way.

Are your wigs made from real human hair?
Yes. All She By Sheray wigs and bundles are made from 100% Virgin Brazilian human hair, sourced from a single donor, unprocessed, and cuticle-aligned for softness, strength, and longevity.
Can I color or bleach the hair?
Yes. We recommend our She Reigns Collection for clients looking to bleach their units to 613 blonde or apply custom color. This collection is made with premium-grade 12A Virgin Brazilian hair that holds up beautifully to lightening.
Do you offer custom wig services?
Yes! Custom color, highlights, lace type, and parting options are available for an additional fee. Contact us directly to personalize your HD lace wig or bundles.
Can I use heat tools on your wigs?
Yes. All of our wigs are heat-safe. For best results and to protect the integrity of your Deep Wave, Burmese Curly, or straight textures, always use a quality heat protectant.
Do your wigs come pre-plucked or ready to wear?
Yes. Every She By Sheray unit is pre-plucked with bleached knots and HD transparent lace, making them beginner-friendly, glueless, and ready to wear straight out of the box.
What’s the difference between a lace closure and a lace frontal?
Closures (4x4 or 5x5) cover a smaller section, perfect for center or side parts. Frontals (13x4 or 13x6) go ear-to-ear, allowing more styling flexibility like ponytails or deep parts.
HAIR CARE & MAINTENANCE
How should I care for my wig?
Wash your Virgin Brazilian hair wig with sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner. Rinse in a downward motion and air dry flat. Avoid excessive heat, wringing, or rough handling.
Can I sleep in my wig?
Yes, but we highly recommend using the She By Sheray Silk Hair Bonnet or sleeping on a silk pillowcase to protect your lace, reduce friction, and maintain your style.
How often should I wash my wig?
Every 1–2 weeks depending on wear and product buildup. Curly textures like Deep Wave or Burmese Curly may benefit from more frequent co-washing to preserve curl definition.
Do I need to apply product to curly hair daily?
Yes. Curly textures thrive with moisture. Use a lightweight leave-in conditioner or curl mousse daily while the hair is damp for soft, frizz-free, defined curls.
Can I brush curly hair when it’s dry?
No. Always detangle Deep Wave or Burmese Curly wigs while wet using a wide-tooth comb or paddle brush from the ends up to avoid frizz and breakage.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
Due to the custom nature and hygienic standards of our lace wigs and bundles, all sales are final. Please double-check your order details before submitting.
What if I received the wrong product?
If you received the wrong item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery at customerservice@shebysheraywigs.com with photos and your order number. We'll resolve it as quickly as possible.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours, as long as they haven’t entered processing. Email us promptly at customerservice@shebysheraywigs.com.
