Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed after 6 PM EST will begin processing on the following business day.

Customization Time
Many of our Virgin Brazilian lace wigs are customized to order. Please allow additional time for services such as coloring, density upgrades, or cap alterations. Quality and precision are our top priority.

Shipping Time
Once processed, orders are shipped within 1-2 business days using secure, trackable shipping services. Most U.S. customers receive their orders within 3–5 business days total from purchase.
